We follow the law of bio-mechanical and bio-chemical individuality and design highly individualised nutrition, fitness and lifestyle programmes, to suit your uniqueness; we do not use one size fits all approaches. Additionally, we specialise in pain management through corrective exercise and cutting edge massage techniques.

Unfortunately today, many gym programmes are designed around excessive aerobic activities for weight loss or body building methods contrived to increase muscle size, with little consideration for the consequences of training with poor posture, stabilisation and movement and with little or no understanding of optimal nutrition. Unknown too many people, these types of programmes are often detrimental to the achievement of pain free motion, athletic performance, optimal health or permanent fat loss. Larger health clubs promote the use of machines so that staff with minimal training can instruct clients in what has come to be considered a 'safe environment'. However, machines isolate muscles, diminish stability, balance and co-ordination and can do more harm than good; we are highly qualified to the very best standards and train you in a multi directional, functional environment.
